A little ill!

Week one of chemo was not too bad.  By Friday night last week dad was not feeling very well, almost like he had the flu.  We had a family party on Saturday night for the fourth and he sat outside for a bit but then went to bed.  One of the drugs he had on Thursday is one that makes him feel sick.  This lasted for a few days and he started feeling better but now he thinks he might have a bug.  Hopefully it will pass quickly.  He is very upbeat and is trying hard to gain his strength back.  He was able to sit outside on the fourth and watch all the fireworks going off all over the county, so thank you to all those neighbors who provided a great fireworks show for dad because fireworks have always been one of his favorite things.
